1.2. After the start of the subscription You have the right to play the Quiz once a week.
1.3. The 10 knowledge questions vary each week. The difficulty of the knowledge questions are the same for all participants.
1.4. The Quiz will run until the date stated on homepage of the website in the footer. After the expiry of this term, a new Quiz will be automatically initiated, unless otherwise indicated (for instance, for the removal of the Website).
1.5. Your game commences the moment that You receive the confirmation of Your registration by Brickoffers. The first game week ends 1 week after completing the registration. Immediately after the ending of the first game week the second game week commences etc. This means that the period of the game week for each participant could be different.
1.6. Your time to answer the knowledge questions of the Quiz starts running at the moment that You:
a. Press the button ''Play the Quiz now'', which is available through the mobile application of the Quiz.
b. Press the button ''Start'', which is available through the mobile internet page of the Quiz.
1.7. The moment in which You answered all the knowledge questions determines in which Quiz You are participating. For example, if the term of a Quiz ends on Thursday at 23:59 and You answered all the questions on Friday at 0:04, then You participate in the new Quiz which ends after the date stated on homepage of the website in the footer.
Article 2. Winner
2.1. At the end of each Quiz the winner will be announced on the Website. The winner is the participant that, before the date stated on homepage of the website in the footer of the Quiz, achieved (one of) the highest results. This means that the person with the most correctly answered questions from the 10 questions in a week will end up in the winnerpool. If only one person ends up with the most correct answered questions he/she wins. If more persons end up in the winnerpool, all persons with the same highest score have the chance to win the prize. From these winnerpool persons, a third party will draw a winner.
2.2. The winner can be a participant which, at the time of the announcement of the winner, his/her subscription has already ended.
2.3. The speed where the participant answers the knowledge questions of the Quiz is not relevant for winning, as long as the participant plays the questions with the maximum time of 5 minutes.
2.4. The winner wins one of the prizes stated on Our Website, unless article 2.8 applies.
2.5. If several participants answers the same number of correct knowledge question then all these participants have a chance to win by ending up in the winnerpool.
2.6. You will be informed by telephone by Brickoffers if You are the winner of the Quiz.
2.7. The prize will be delivered to the winner by Brickoffers or by a third party within 28 days of formal notification.
2.8. The winner cannot claim the prize if:
a. have failed to make the subscription charges;
b. The telephone number of the winner is no longer valid, or...
c. after receiving a voicemail or a text message by Brickoffers does not inform Brickoffers within 2 weeks the address the prize can be delivered.
2.9. If the winner in accordance of article 2.8 cannot claim a prize then a second participant will be selected from the winner pool and announced as the winner.
2.10. Brickoffers will not enter into any correspondence regarding the winners of each Quiz.
Article 3. Fees and Payment
3.1. The subscription fee is £ 4.50 including VAT a week.
3.2. The subscription fees are:
a. Charged through Your phone bill.
b. Reduced from the call credit on Your prepaid phone card.
3.3. If the subscription fee is paid by purchased call credit, then You need to ensure that there will be sufficient call credit on Your prepaid phone card.
3.4. Any costs that Brickooffers needs to make to collect outstanding claims shall be paid by the participant.
Article 4. Prize
4.1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.2. If the displayed prize on the Website is no longer available, will offer You an equivalent value alternative prize.
Article 5. Stop
5.1. This is a subscription service and will continue until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to .. , calling Customer Care on 0844 448 2049 or emailing uk@brickoffers.com
5.2. In Your termination request, You must clearly mention the registered telephone number that You were using in the Quiz.
5.3. After unsubscribing, You can no longer participate in the Quiz, but you may still be eligible to win the prize for any previously successfully completed quizzes.
